What will you do?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to support our department's agile transformation and drive the implementation of the department projects . This role involves working closely with scrum teams, enabling them to succeed in their Agile journey, and ensuring highest quality delivery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Agile Leadership:
Guide scrum teams through Agile transformation, ensuring the adoption of Scrum best practices.
Join and guide sprint planning, retrospective, backlog grooming, and requirement breakdown sessions to maintain momentum and clarity.
Provide mentorship to team members and promote continuous improvement mindset.
Metrics, Reporting and Project Risk Management Framework:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework to track departmental OKRs, projects KPIs and strategic programs progress.
Collaborate with Business Technologies sub-departments to define meaningful metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Identify and assess risks across projects, creating mitigation strategies and driving proactive resolution.
Communicate risks and updates clearly to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
BCP Program Management:
Lead and maintain Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) program. Ensure initiatives are aligned with business goals, tested regularly, documented effectively and drive cross-functional collaboration to strengthen operational resilience.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a key partner to sub-departments and business partners, understanding their needs and translating them into executable plans and processes.
Facilitate collaboration and information sharing to optimize team efficiency and visibility.

What We'd Love To See
- Proven experience with Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in program management within a technology or SaaS environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with BCP and DR concepts and practices - strong advantage
- Strong technical and system analysis skills, with experience in defining and tracking KPIs.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving.
