Technical GTM Engineer

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the internal systems that power Jump’s go-to-market engine. You’ll design the architecture, automations, and technical workflows that enable Sales, CS, Enablement, and Product to run at top speed — turning our GTM motion into a repeatable, AI-driven machine.

Why Jump?

Jump is transforming how wealth management and financial professionals operate. Our AI platform automates workflows, enhances client communication, and integrates across the complex tool stacks used by RIAs, BDs, and FinServ teams. From tax workflows to investment communications to compliance-ready client summaries, Jump is redefining how advisory teams deliver service at scale.

We’re expanding rapidly across wealthtech, insurance, and broader financial services, and our GTM organization needs a technical operator who can build the systems, data flows, and automations behind that growth.

Jump is a small, high-leverage, talent-dense team headquartered in Utah with a distributed workforce. We move fast, solve hard problems, and care deeply about building AI systems that are secure, compliant, and immediately useful. We value clarity, ownership, and execution.

If you want to work at the intersection of AI, product, GTM systems, and internal tooling, this is a rare opportunity to shape the foundation of a category-defining company.

What we’re looking for
  • Experience building internal tooling for Marketing and Sales in a high-growth SaaS environment

  • Strong fluency in product event instrumentation and routing into GTM systems

  • Hands-on experience integrating product events and customer data into CRMs (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)

  • Strong understanding of data pipelines and sync patterns between a data warehouse and CRM

  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and troubleshooting distributed integrations

  • Experience implementing lifecycle automation across acquisition, activation, and retention workflows

  • Ability to own GTM systems end-to-end: architecture, reliability, data quality, and iteration

  • Structured, detail-oriented operator who can build, document, and maintain technical workflows that scale

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and CS

What you’ll do
  • Build and maintain internal tooling that improves Marketing and Sales velocity

  • Own the end-to-end GTM systems stack, ensuring reliability, observability, and clean data flows

  • Integrate product events into HubSpot and/or Salesforce to power segmentation, scoring, and automation

  • Manage ongoing data sync between BigQuery (warehouse) and CRM systems

  • Implement lifecycle automation to support lead/customer journeys and drive conversion and retention

  • Build event- and webhook-driven automations across GTM workflows (routing, enrichment, attribution)

  • Partner with Engineering/Product to define and maintain high-quality product event instrumentation

  • Develop reporting foundations that connect product usage, lifecycle stage, and revenue outcomes

  • Continuously improve GTM infrastructure to reduce manual work and eliminate operational friction

Tech stack
  • Backend engineering: Elixir

  • Frontend: React

  • APIs / CRM integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce

  • Data warehouse: BigQuery

  • Tracking: Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  • Marketing infrastructure: marketing automation + lifecycle systems, attribution, routing, and enrichment tooling
