In this role, you will be the front-line ambassador for Trimble's innovative software solutions for MEP and VDC contractors, directly improving customer operations while expanding your technical expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Exciting Responsibilities: 

• Deliver exceptional multi-channel support by resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat using structured prioritizing protocols. 

• Drive first-contact issue resolution through expert troubleshooting and precise documentation in our system. 

• Collaborate with specialized technical teams and Client Success professionals to manage complex case escalations effectively. 

• Build and curate dynamic Knowledge Base resources to continuously enhance user experience and internal support efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience: 

• Demonstrated experience in a technical support, customer service, or helpdesk environment. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing an inclusive, customer-centric experience. 

• Proven problem-solving ability to troubleshoot software and process-related issues logically. 

• Solid proficiency with CRM tools and case-tracking systems.

Bonus Points For: 

• Previous experience supporting construction, engineering, or specialized VDC/SaaS software. 

• Background working with Knowledge Base creation and management.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
