As a Technical Customer Support Intern, assist in troubleshooting, customer interactions, and developing documentation while collaborating across teams.

Together with a small and highly skilled team of sales and support managers, you will support our partners in the Americas. By scaling the Wingtra business in the Americas, you play a key role in Wingtra's commercial success.
This role can be pursued remotely from any location in the continental US. This position may lead to a full-time role depending on performance and business needs. As such, we are currently only considering candidates who will have completed their studies by the start of the internship.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in responding to customer support requests and troubleshooting technical issues using HubSpot
- Support customers with photogrammetry, coordinate systems, GNSS, and post-processed kinematics
- Help with technical onboarding and consulting for customers remotely
- Contribute to writing technical documentation and manuals
- Communicate effectively with team members worldwide, both in meetings and video calls
- Support logistics processes with key partners in North America
- Assist the sales and marketing teams with demos and customer interactions
- Collaborate with engineers in Zurich on solving technical challenges
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, GIS, robotics, or a related technical field
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in customer support & technology
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global teams
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) is a plus
- Interest in drones, robotics, surveying, or GIS is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally
