Own strategic enterprise customer relationships, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build account plans, run QBRs and executive reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and translate customer data into recommendations. Partner with Talent and Engineering stakeholders, discuss technical workflows and integrations, handle routine product conversations, and relay feedback to Product and Engineering. Help customers apply technical assessment best practices and navigate AI-driven changes in software development and hiring.
Codility helps organisations assess and hire technical talent with confidence. Our platform gives engineering teams real signal on coding ability, problem-solving and technical judgement at scale.
As AI changes how software is written, reviewed and evaluated, our customers need more than a traditional Customer Success relationship. They need someone who can understand what engineering teams are trying to achieve, engage credibly with technical stakeholders, and help them get measurable value from Codility.
We’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to own relationships with strategic enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with Talent leaders, Engineering Managers, Directors. VPs of Engineering, and CTOs, helping customers improve adoption, strengthen their technical hiring processes and get more value from the platform over time.
You do not need to be a software engineer, and you won’t be expected to solve bugs or replace Solutions Engineering. But you should be comfortable enough with technical products and engineering teams to own the relationship without pulling an SE into every conversation.
