About White Tiger ConnectionsAs a Tax Manager, you will bring technical expertise, leadership potential, and client service excellence to firms that prioritize both professional growth and personal quality of life. You’ll oversee tax engagements, mentor junior professionals, and contribute to delivering high-quality client service in a modern, flexible environment.
Lead and review tax compliance and advisory engagements for individuals and businesses.
Collaborate with firm leadership on client service strategy and tax planning initiatives.
Supervise and mentor staff accountants, providing coaching and review feedback.
Ensure compliance with professional standards and evolving tax regulations.
Leverage technology to collaborate effectively with clients and team members, regardless of location.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
Requirements
CPA license required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s in Taxation preferred).
3+ years of recent public accounting experience with tax-focused responsibilities.
Proven leadership ability with interest in career progression to Partner level.
Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
