We’re on a mission to empower millions of hardworking service professionals who keep the world safe, clean and beautiful through cutting-edge cloud-based software, mobile apps, and high-value services that make our customers’ lives easier—saving time, money, and improving service all at once.

We’re looking for a Level II Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and be a strategic hiring partner across the business. This is not an entry-level sourcing or only resume-screening role. We need someone who understands full-cycle recruitment, collaborates closely with hiring managers, and creates tailored, results-driven recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate is comfortable with proactive sourcing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is ready to make an impact by connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities at WorkWave.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer acceptance for a variety of technical and business roles.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to build customized recruitment strategies that fit each team and role.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking events, college outreach, and internal databases to identify top-tier passive candidates.
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience, effectively communicating our culture, core values, and mission to every applicant.
  • Manage interviews from scheduling to follow-up, ensuring seamless coordination, creating Google Meet rooms, and facilitating internal debriefs.
  • Extend offers, lead offer negotiations, and guide candidates through onboarding next steps.
  • Maintain data in our ATS (Lever experience preferred) and report on key recruiting metrics to optimize performance and identify trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with our global offices and international candidates, accommodating different time zones as needed.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and HR, helping us stand out in a competitive talent market.
  • Create and maintain recruitment documentation such as interview guides, playbooks, interview scorecards,  job descriptions and offer letter templates.
  • Support general HR initiatives as needed and bring a collaborative mindset to cross-functional projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required, or equivalent related experience considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems – Lever experience strongly preferred, experience with Dayforce HRIS also a plus.
  • Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles, and the ability to tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Proven ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and provide coaching throughout the hiring process.
  • Demonstrated proactive sourcing capabilities, especially in competitive talent markets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; you know how to juggle priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal – and a knack for building candidate rapport.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hiring laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Comfortable using social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS tools to reach and engage talent.

A FEW WORDS FROM THE HIRING MANAGER: “Do you have an eye for talent and are passionate about connecting diverse top talent with the right opportunities in an ever-changing and competitive marketplace? Are you a forward-thinking, results-driven, collaborative and consultative partner? We’re building something great—come be part of it.
