What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the IT or government contracting sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; OR equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, and placing highly cleared candidates for federal contracts.
- Familiarity with labor laws and government contracting regulations, including OFCCP compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up 20-25% of the year.
SALARY RANGE: $69,000 - $119,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
