Business area Mining is a global leading supplier of equipment and tools, parts, service, digital solutions and sustainability-driving technologies for the mining and construction industries. Applications include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling and quarrying.


This Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office in Downtown Denver or Tucson, AZ.


Key Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Professional serves as a strategic partner in attracting, recruiting, and hiring highly qualified Field Service Technicians and skilled technical professionals. Responsibilities include developing targeted sourcing strategies, building technician talent pipelines, engaging candidates with field service experience, coordinating skills-based assessments, analyzing labor market trends, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure the organization maintains a strong workforce capable of delivering exceptional customer support, equipment service, and operational excellence in the field.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and executing targeted recruiting strategies to attract Field Service Technicians across geographic regions
  • Building and maintaining robust pipelines of qualified candidates with experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, repair, and customer-facing technical support
  • Sourcing talent through trade schools, technical colleges, military transition programs, industry associations, referrals, and specialized recruiting platforms
  • Screening candidates to assess technical aptitude, field service experience, travel requirements, safety awareness, customer service skills, and cultural fit
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, technician competencies, certifications, and regional staffing demands
  • Coordinating and facilitating skills assessments, interviews, and hiring decisions to ensure selection of high-performing field service talent
  • Monitoring labor market trends, competitive hiring practices, compensation benchmarks, and technician availability to support effective recruiting strategies
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination
  • Supporting workforce planning initiatives to ensure adequate technician staffing levels that meet customer service commitments and operational objectives
  • Maintaining candidate relationships and talent communities to support current and future field service hiring needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in high volume (10-30 requisitions at a time) full life cycle recruiting; technical/maintenance and sales recruiting experience a plus 
  • 2+ years’ experience with college recruitment preferred 
  • Workday experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical/maintenance and sales recruiting experience within the mining industry, or in heavy industrial equipment industry (mechanical knowledge / engines / service work)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

Ability to manage multiple requisitions at a time 

Able to demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy; ability to work independently 

Must have strong interpersonal skills with candidates, employees, and managers 

Some Travel required 

Ability to work and communicate effectively with people on departments on all levels  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Strong presentation and networking skills 

Interest in taking initiative and being self-directed; ability to be flexible  

Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes stressful environment 

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 


Location:

Minimum 3 days a week in office, Denver, CO or Tucson, AZ


Compensation Range:

Expected salary from $94,000 to $97,000 annually


Work authorization

Must have the legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship.
(Please note: temporary work authorizations, including OPT, do not meet this requirement.)


This position will be posted a minimum of 5 days, or until filled.
