Reporting to the Head of Frontline Talent Acquisition , you will play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts between the business, HR, branding, and talent acquisition , ensuring deliverables stay on track and meetings are effectively managed. - Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and proactively address roadblocks to keep initiatives on schedule
- Meeting & Schedule Management: Organize meetings, coordinate agendas, and facilitate follow-ups to drive accountability
- Status Reporting: Provide clear and timely updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve coordination across teams
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support or recruiting coordination
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and experience engaging cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management tools and familiarity with recruiting workflows is a plus
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
