About the Role

Quindar is looking for a People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting, sourcing, candidate experience, and core people operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help build strong candidate pipelines while supporting a thoughtful employee experience.

You will help keep our recruiting process running smoothly, support hiring teams, coordinate interviews, maintain recruiting systems, and identify potential candidates who are excited about space, software, and mission-driven work. You will also support onboarding, people operations administration, company events and team programs as needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Source candidates across LinkedIn, professional communities, job boards, referrals, university networks, and other relevant talent channels.

  • Build and maintain targeted candidate lists for current and future roles, especially across technical, operational, and mission-aligned talent.

  • Support outbound recruiting campaigns, including candidate research, outreach drafts, response tracking, and follow-up.

  • Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate candidate data and keep recruiting systems organized and up to date.

  • Support job postings, applicant tracking, resume review workflows, and recruiting operations.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, target profiles, and sourcing priorities.

  • Support the onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating logistics, preparing documentation, and helping employees get set up for success from day one.

  • Assist with employee lifecycle administration, including maintaining records, supporting personnel changes, and helping ensure people operations processes remain organized and compliant.

  • Help plan and coordinate company events, team programs, and offsites that strengthen culture, engagement, and connection across the organization.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, people operations, HR administration, talent acquisition support, or a similar role.

  • Comfort identifying and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, communities, referrals, or other sourcing channels.

  • Strong research, organization, and follow-through skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in candidate-facing communication.

  • High attention to detail and discretion when working with confidential information.

  • Comfort using tools such as applicant tracking systems, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.

  • Interest in startups, aerospace, software, or mission-driven technology companies.

Nice to Have
  • Experience sourcing for technical, engineering, product, operations, aerospace, or software roles.

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, HireEZ, or similar recruiting tools.

  • Experience supporting outbound recruiting campaigns or onboarding processes.

  • Interest in building inclusive, thoughtful, and scalable people practices.
