Job Description SummaryAt GE Vernova, we're powering a cleaner, more connected world — and the people behind that work are everything. As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you'll play a hands-on role in building the teams that make it happen. From sourcing standout candidates to guiding hiring managers through every stage of the process, you'll bring order, energy, and genuine care to the full recruiting lifecycle. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in connecting great people with meaningful work, this role was built for you.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle — from intake and job brief through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close — across assigned business functions including Manufacturing, Sourcing, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as their trusted partner and primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source and engage active and passive talent through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and talent communities.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and all associated recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and market insights with peers to continuously strengthen the talent acquisition team's collective capability.
What We're Looking For
  • You are a resourceful, people-first recruiter who brings structure and enthusiasm to every search — someone who's equally comfortable building relationships with candidates and partnering with leaders across the business.

Required

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • A formal education and subsequent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. A high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of recruiting experience will also be considered.

Preferred

  • Hands-on sourcing experience with a track record of building strong candidate pipelines
  • Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience supporting recruiting across Manufacturing, Sourcing, EHS, or Quality functions
