As a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be essential in helping meet Sierra Space’s growing demand to hire top talent. You'll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and presenting candidates for a wide variety and level of positions. This position will primarily work in a strategic sourcing capacity to support ongoing talent acquisition efforts.
You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, engaging with and guiding candidates through the Sierra Space selection process. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partner's, Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders to create deep sourcing strategies to fill open positions quickly with exceptional talent.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to determine their fit for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Prepare job descriptions and job postings in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential
candidates. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the
recruitment process. - Collaborate with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive recruitment strategy.
- Mentor and lead other recruiting team members.
- Proactively manage talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting with leaders.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship
management. - Produce and utilize data to influence decisions throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience).
- Typically 5+ years of related experience.
- Possesses in-depth recruiting knowledge and works with business leaders and talent acquisition managers
to drive strategy. - Experience managing talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting leaders.
- Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing
relationship management. - Experience conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates
- This position is expected to be onsite full-time in one of our Colorado office locations.
- Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions.
- Strong technical knowledge of social media recruiting and employer branding.
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and X-ray searches.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
