Position

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our recruiting function. This role is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing systems, driving recruiting analytics, and enabling high-performance hiring teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Optimization: Build and maintain efficient, scalable recruiting workflows, from requisition to onboarding.
  • ATS & Tech Stack Ownership: Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), scheduling tools, and integrations with HRIS, and background check systems.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to track key recruiting KPIs, continuing to improve and advise our efforts as we grow.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure hiring practices comply with relevant regulations and cybersecurity industry standards.
  • Recruiting Enablement: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate experiences.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party recruiting tools, job boards, and external agencies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in talent operations or HR systems administration, preferably in a startup or hypergrowth environment.
  • Expertise in managing ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and related tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker/Tableau, driven by data and metrics.
  • Experience with process automation and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical hiring environments is a strong plus.

Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000


In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
