We’re looking for a marketer who can help tell the story of working at Vantor. You’ll help shape how current and prospective employees understand our company, our work, and the opportunities here.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and talent acquisition. You’ll develop clear, credible content and campaigns for the audiences we need to reach, then work with partners across Vantor to bring that story to life. Some of those audiences are difficult to reach, including people with technical skills or security clearances.

You do not need to have held an employer brand title before. Experience in brand marketing, content, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, or a related field can be a strong foundation for this work.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and implement employer brand campaigns for defined talent audiences and hiring priorities.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition and Marketing partners to understand hiring needs and shape campaign plans.
  • Review audience insights, channel performance, and partner feedback to inform campaign recommendations.
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns across channels such as the careers site, social media, job advertising, email, and recruiting events.
  • Create and coordinate content with employees, leaders, and subject matter experts to explain Vantor’s work and employee experience.
  • Provide campaign materials and channel guidance that recruiters and hiring teams can use in their outreach.
  • Track campaign activity and recruiting outcomes, prepare performance updates, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Manage assigned projects, timelines, and vendor coordination within established plans and budgets.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and at least two years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience developing or delivering marketing campaigns or content for a defined audience.
  • Ability to write and edit clear content and coordinate input from multiple partners.
  • Experience reviewing campaign, audience, or channel data and using it to inform recommendations.

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or candidate experience.
  • Experience marketing to hard-to-reach talent audiences, ideally including security-cleared professionals.
  • Familiarity with cleared talent channels such as ClearanceJobs or ClearedJobs.Net.
  • Familiarity with recruitment advertising platforms such as Appcast, Joveo, Recruitics, or JobTarget.
  • Experience with paid campaign and measurement tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience marketing for a technical, business-to-business, government, defense, or aerospace organization.
  • Familiarity with talent marketing platforms such as Phenom, Beamery, or similar tools.

How we’ll assess impact
  • Campaigns are delivered for the intended audience, hiring need, timeline, and approved budget.
  • Performance updates connect channel activity and spend to recruiting outcomes, including qualified applications, interview progression, and hires.
  • Reporting distinguishes direct source attribution from campaign influence where the available data allows.
  • Results are reviewed against relevant historical or comparable campaigns, with attention to differences in role type, location, and clearance requirements.
  • Findings inform practical recommendations for improving content, channel mix, and campaign investment.
