How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth
- Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness
- Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently
- Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations, maintaining accurate records and audit processes
- Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to business leaders
- Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years of human resources or recruiting experience

- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

- Ability to work independently, supervise and motivate others
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
