The TA Coordinator is an entry-to-mid-level member of the Human Capital team responsible for supporting the operational backbone of Bridgeway's recruiting function. This role is responsible for recruiting entry- and mid-level positions, including university and early-career partnerships, and owns the full coordination infrastructure that supports all open requisitions: job postings (internal and external), ATS management and reporting, interview scheduling, candidate communications, background screening for all new hires, and pre-hire onboarding handoff. The TA Coordinator works in close partnership with the Senior TA Partner, who focuses on advanced and senior-level recruiting and broader sourcing strategy, ensuring the team operates as a cohesive, high-performing function. This role reports directly to the VP, Human Capital.
This position is remote with preference for East Coast candidates. Periodic travel ~15%.

- Responsible full-cycle recruiting for entry- and mid-level positions across the organization — from kick-off through offer — while supporting the Senior TA Partner on advanced and senior-level searches as needed.
- Manage all job postings across internal and external platforms including the Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed; ensure postings are accurate, on-brand, and go live promptly for every open requisition regardless of level.

- Build and maintain university and early-career recruiting partnerships; coordinate on-campus and virtual recruiting events, candidate pipelines, and new graduate outreach in partnership with the Senior TA Partner and VP, Human Capital.
- Maintain Greenhouse data integrity — update candidate statuses, log all recruiting activity, and ensure requisition records are current and audit-ready at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate all interview activity across all open requisitions — phone screens, video interviews, panel interviews, and onsite visits — with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members.
- Serve as the primary candidate point of contact throughout the recruiting process, providing timely, professional communication and a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Initiate and track background checks and pre-employment verifications for all new hires organization-wide; proactively follow up to ensure timely completion ahead of start dates.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and pre-hire documentation in coordination with the Senior TA Partner and VP, Human Capital.
- Manage the post-offer handoff to onboarding; partner with HR Operations to ensure new hire files, system access, and equipment requests are completed before Day 1.
- Compile and distribute weekly recruiting metrics and pipeline status reports for the VP, Human Capital and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruiting process documentation, templates, and SOPs; identify and recommend improvements to coordination workflows.
- Support inclusive hiring practices and DEI sourcing initiatives — including outreach to diverse candidate pools, job fair participation, and campus recruiting events — as directed by the Senior TA Partner or VP, Human Capital.
- Manage job board subscriptions and external vendor administrative tasks; track usage and flag any issues to the VP, Human Capital.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team as capacity allows.
- Leverage generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, improve solution quality, and accelerate delivery of business outcomes.
