This role is based in Lynn, Massachusetts (GET) and supports the T901 program within the Services/Support organization. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure the T901 engine enters service with the supportability, readiness, and sustainment infrastructure required by the U.S. Army.

Role Overview

The T901 Product Support Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broader company objectives. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team (including direct reports) to develop, integrate, and implement product support processes that meet financial and technical needs across the organization. You will manage complex product support challenges, contribute to long-range planning, and help shape product support strategy through qualification and entry into service. High levels of operational judgment are required to deliver outcomes across cost, schedule, technical requirements, and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team and direct reports to complete development and production introduction of the improved T901 turbine engine for the U.S. Army. Align stakeholders to program milestones and ensure disciplined execution.

Integrated Product Support Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain the integrated product support plan for the T901 program. Manage execution through qualification, entry into service, and transition to sustainment readiness.

Functional Support Integration: Coordinate support activities across Support Equipment, Repair Engineering, Technical Publications, Reliability, Maintainability, Human Factors Engineering, Provisioning, Customer Training, and Maintenance Data Systems to meet customer requirements and business goals.

Cost & Schedule / EVM Support: Develop cost and schedule planning estimates supporting internal and external Earned Value Management (EVM) processes. Drive visibility to risks, assumptions, and execution status.

Program Management – Development Through Production: Manage product and service development efforts from concept through production introduction, ensuring supportability is designed-in and scalable.

Product Support Strategy & Resourcing: Influence product support strategy, including resource planning and policy development. Interpret internal and external business challenges to recommend best practices that improve products, processes, and services.

Digital Product Support Strategy: Develop and implement the digital strategy for the T901 engine to maximize customer value (e.g., data-enabled support, improved sustainment insights, enhanced readiness outcomes).

Judgment, Problem Solving, and Decision Support: Use high-level judgment to assess incomplete or complex information, ask the right questions, and develop recommendations using multiple data sources. Generate solutions beyond standard parameters to address technical, schedule, and customer challenges.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product support and/or product development.
