Working alongside the U.S. Space Force and mission partners, you’ll help develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities.
As a hybrid Systems Engineer and Acquisition Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in moving advanced space-sensing capabilities from concept to mission-ready systems. You’ll develop and execute integration plans for space and ground systems, leading activities across the system-of-systems, system, segment, and element levels. You’ll test, analyze, evaluate, verify, and validate system performance—identifying risks early, driving urgent mitigation, and applying advanced technology solutions to solve complex mission challenges.
You’ll research emerging requirements, technologies, and threats while helping shape the policies, processes, and documentation that govern system life cycles and sustainment. Drawing on your knowledge of DoD acquisition and sustainment guidance, including DoDI 5000.02, you’ll collaborate with data analysts, financial managers, systems engineers, logisticians, and other cross-functional experts to ensure programs are aligned, supportable, and ready to deliver for the mission.

Qualifications:
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in STEM
7+ years of experience with space-based program integration, systems engineering, and logistics planning of Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs)
Experience with DoD acquisition program management, acquisition planning, sustainment infrastructure, and organizational planning
Experience with subsystem hardware or software alignment
Experience with system integration risk mitigation
Experience with system integration test analysis
Experience with configuration change control
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in STEM
PMP Certification
CSEP or ESEP Certification
Experience with the development of Test Readiness Review packages
Experience with remote sensing systems
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering
Knowledge of NASA or NOAA systems engineering processes
Knowledge of the INCOSE standards handbook
Knowledge of IEEE 15288 standards
Clearance: Secret
The position will require at least 2-3x per week on site. Meetings/schedules may require more days on site.

● The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 - $154,000.00 annually.● The base pay for this position within New Jersey is: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 - $154,000.00 annually.● The base pay for this position within Delaware is: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 - $154,000.00 annually. ● The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $116,000.00 - $154,000.00 - $169,400.00 annually.● The base pay for this position within California is: $121,000.00 - $161,000.00 - $177,100.00 annually.For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
