The Leidos Digital Modernization Group has an opening for a Systems Administrator on the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Infrastructure Operations Office (IOO) Operations and Maintenance Services (O&M) contract. In this role you will join a team of seasoned professionals focused on providing End User Support Services on behalf of our Prime Contractor to customers across the United States. This position provides a tremendous opportunity for growth and leadership in a customer-facing, fast-paced, and challenging environment. This role is focused on day-to-day and strategic operations for Headquarters, Regional offices, and various satellite offices.
The ideal candidate will function as a Desktop System Administrator as part of the Infrastructure Operations Office (IOO) Operations and Maintenance Services (O&M) contract supporting the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The Desktop System Administrator will provide hands-on support and advice for desktop services related tasks to include device inventory, imaging, security, end user support, software updates, break/fix and printer management.
The ideal candidate will use ITIL concepts to ensure optimal end user service delivery.
Specifically, in this role you will be responsible for working closely with vendors as directed and ensuring that service desk tickets are addressed to meet or exceed customer service expectations. In addition, the following tasks are required for this position:
- Documentation of standard Service Desk processes and procedures
- Identification, research, and documentation of service desk enhancements and technologies beneficial to HUD
- Implementation and maintenance of compliance policies across the environment
- Additional tools, services and technologies as directed by Manager or Program Office
- Management and optimization of ForeScout
- Other tasks as directed by the Prime Contractor
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent customer engagement skills
- Steller troubleshooting and technical issue resolution skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with drafting procedures, policies, work instructions and addressing customer data calls
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience with large scale laptop refresh projects
- The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Computer-related field, 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to effectively interact with end users, Prime Contractor, and HUD Leadership
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL 4 Foundation
- Experience with Remote Desktop management tools
- ServiceNow experience

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
