Provides implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, monitoring, and administration of enterprise IT infrastructure. Supports client/server, storage, network, and mobile systems; resolves Tier I and Tier II issues; manages Linux and Windows operating systems; configures network components; supports Cisco routers and switches; and communicates issue status to management and internal customers. The role requires 15 years of relevant experience, a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and an active polygraph.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

- This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to the job you are applying for:
- Level 03 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (05) years of additional Systems Administration experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
- Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
- Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provides Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
- Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problem and remains involved in the resolution process.
- Configures and manages UN1X and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Support installation and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches in support of enterprise systems for the program
