Position Overview
The Supply Chain PMO leads and coordinates cross-functional supply chain projects, including new product launches, engineering changes, product phase-outs, and plant transfers. This role partners closely with Product Management, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time while proactively identifying risks, driving alignment, and supporting operational readiness across the business.

What you'll do

  • Represents Supply Chain on cross-functional project teams, leading execution for product introductions, engineering changes, phase-outs, plant moves, and other strategic initiatives
  • Partners across Product Management, Sourcing, Distribution, Logistics, Supply and Demand Planning, and other functions to drive alignment and execution
  • Identifies risks early, escalates issues proactively, and provides clear recommendations and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership
  • Builds and executes project plans that align to company objectives, deliver against milestones, and account for operational constraints
  • Required to work on sensitive topics, possibly requiring Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Confidently challenges assumptions, timelines, and decisions across cross-functional teams when risks, constraints, or readiness concerns are not adequately addressed
  • Determines the logistic, distribution and operational consequences of proposed plan changes and related actions on project or program level
  • Manages the workflow, execution and timeliness of New Product Buyer(s) to meet project needs
  • Must be comfortable representing real constraints, pushing back when needed, and escalating risks proactively—particularly with teams such as Product Management—to protect execution and business outcomes

Who you are

  • Adaptability – Ability to perform a variety of tasks and being able to change assignment or direction on short notice.
  • Communication – Must be able to express themselves clearly and effectively when talking across the organization and to all levels of management. May also need to communicate directly with customers.
  • Decision Making and Problem Solving – Identifies problems, gathers data, develops and assesses alternative courses of action, and makes timely decisions based on logical assumptions using all available information.
  • Initiative and Motivation – Highly proactive self-starter who anticipates issues, drives follow-through, influences outcomes, and takes ownership without close supervision.
  • Organization – Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain structure in time-critical, high-pressure situations.
  • Experience – Requires 5+ years of supply chain and/or operations experience, along with prior hands-on project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment. Candidates must understand how supply chain decisions impact project execution, operational readiness, and business results.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Must be comfortable pushing back on other teams, including Product Management, when timelines, assumptions, or decisions create risk, and must escalate concerns early and constructively.
  • Software Competency – Must be fluent in standard Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel. SAP experience strongly preferred. Experience with Smartsheet or similar planning/project management software is also preferred.

Working Conditions:

This position is a technical and functional role under limited to moderate supervision involving coordination of data, development of effective internal relationships, and SAP execution. It requires a high degree of self-discipline to be productive, effective, and timely in accomplishing tasks. Travel is up to 10% annually, with potential for periods of higher-than-normal activity depending on project needs.
