Serve as the functional SME for SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC), designing, configuring and supporting sales order, fulfillment, billing and credit processes. Lead integration (IDoc/EDI/API/middleware), produce functional specifications (WRICEF), support full lifecycle projects and post-go-live maintenance, partner with business stakeholders, deliver training, and drive continuous process improvements.

Support product lifecycle activities including product strategy, development, testing, quality, and launch. Design and prototype mechanical hardware using SolidWorks, support prototype and tooling builds, develop repeatable manufacturing processes, run experiments using DOE and statistical analysis, maintain documentation, and own development projects from concept through validated handoff while supporting senior engineers.
