The Senior IT ERP Analyst will lead SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, ensuring effective order management and system integration, while collaborating with stakeholders and providing system support post implementation.

Partner with functional leaders to align HR and business objectives. Provide coaching, employee relations investigations, performance management, recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, compliance with employment law, workforce planning, training, and HR analytics. Drive HR initiatives, support succession planning, workers' compensation workflows, and apply lean principles to improve organizational performance and engagement.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across functions and levels: develop TA strategy, build talent pipelines, manage sourcing and vendor relationships, drive recruitment analytics and KPIs, strengthen employer branding and candidate experience, and coach TA team members to meet hiring SLAs and workforce plans.
