Serve as the Altium expert, collaborate across firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and suppliers, drive cost and design-for-manufacturing improvements, and mentor junior engineers.

Designs, programs, integrates, tests, and troubleshoots automated manufacturing systems across North American plants. Responsibilities include PLC, robotics, HMI, motion, safety, vision, and control-system development; project specifications and vendor coordination; FAT/SAT validation; documentation; startup support; personnel training; and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, production, IT, maintenance, and quality teams and requires travel to customer, plant, and vendor sites.

Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise network infrastructure across distributed sites. Configures Cisco routers, switches, wireless systems, VoIP, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and related security appliances. Leads complex routing, switching, wireless, and multi-server network projects; supports installations, upgrades, documentation, service restoration, and long-range network planning. Collaborates with IT teams, service providers, and business users while ensuring network security, standards adherence, and successful project delivery.

Leads cross-functional supply chain projects including product launches, engineering changes, phase-outs, and plant transfers. Builds project plans, manages milestones and buyer workflows, identifies and escalates risks, evaluates logistics and operational impacts, and drives alignment across product management, sourcing, planning, logistics, operations, engineering, and leadership. Requires strong communication, decision-making, organization, and the ability to challenge assumptions and protect project execution.
