Supports product development, launches, lifecycle management, market and competitive research, product testing, quality improvements, performance analysis, and cross-functional product initiatives. The role assists with product requirements, documentation, launch materials, project coordination, and data-driven recommendations while collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams.

Supports product management across product strategy, development, quality, research, financial analysis, and product launches. Gathers cross-functional input, assists with requirements, testing, competitive analysis, sales reporting, forecasting, and presentations. The role develops foundational expertise in product lifecycle management, consumer needs, product positioning, project management, and financial planning while completing assigned tasks under guidance.

Designs and owns embedded electronics for automated window-covering products from concept through certification and high-volume production. Responsibilities include mixed-signal, RF, battery, motor-drive, antenna, PCB, and Altium design; certification support; supplier and manufacturing collaboration; hardware debugging; lifecycle development; cost reduction; and mentoring junior engineers.
