The Senior IT ERP Analyst will lead SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, ensuring effective order management and system integration, while collaborating with stakeholders and providing system support post implementation.

Partner with functional leaders to align HR and business objectives. Provide coaching, employee relations investigations, performance management, recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, compliance with employment law, workforce planning, training, and HR analytics. Drive HR initiatives, support succession planning, workers' compensation workflows, and apply lean principles to improve organizational performance and engagement.

Manage accounting and reporting for debt, derivatives, FX exposures, and intercompany treasury transactions. Prepare fair value analyses, journal entries, reconciliations, hedge effectiveness support, and month-end close activities. Oversee designated corporate entities, review outsourced accounting work, support audits, and drive process improvement and automation using SAP, Excel, and Power Query.
