Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. 

Supplier Quality Manager

  • Estimated annual base pay: $108,000.00 (minimum) - $140,000.00 (midpoint) - $173,000.00 (maximum)

  • All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Quality Management: Oversees the evaluation and monitoring of supplier quality performance to ensure adherence to company standards.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Manages and mentors the supplier quality team, conducting performance reviews and facilitating professional growth.

  • Quality Improvement Strategies: Develops and implements initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier quality and mitigating risks.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partners with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and optimize supplier performance.

  • Performance Metrics Analysis: Analyzes quality data and metrics to identify trends, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

  • Risk Management: Skilled in identifying potential quality risks within the supply chain and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to guide and influence others to adopt new quality practices and perspectives.
