Performs FHA, PSSA, SSA, FTA, FMEA/FMECA, CCA, PRA, and ZSA; develops safety requirements, evaluates architectures, supports certification, maintains traceability and safety artifacts, advises stakeholders, and mentors engineers. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering, quality, program, customer, supplier, and certification teams to ensure compliance and robust product assurance.

Support end-to-end SAP finance (Record-to-Report) processes and a global S/4HANA rollout: elicit and document requirements, design/configure solutions, lead testing and cutover, resolve defects, support hypercare, enable standardized finance processes, train stakeholders, and mentor team members while coordinating integrations and adoption across regions.

Conducts market pricing, job evaluations, workforce modeling, pay equity analysis, salary planning, incentive administration, and compensation surveys. Maintains job architecture and career frameworks, supports annual compensation cycles, ensures regulatory compliance, and improves compensation processes, reporting, and tools.

Deploys, manages, tunes, and governs enterprise firewalls while designing and maintaining VPN, SASE, and NAC solutions. Investigates security alerts, analyzes network traffic and logs, supports incident response, and recommends remediation. Partners with infrastructure, network, and security teams to improve controls, reduce risk, mature security programs, and document technical standards and procedures.

Administer SAP Basis and security across ECC and S/4HANA environments, including monitoring, transports, upgrades, patching, refreshes, performance tuning, role-based access, user provisioning, SoD remediation, and audit support. Support global implementations, testing, cutover, and hypercare. The role also manages NextLabs, automation, infrastructure changes, documentation, troubleshooting, compliance readiness, and small application projects while collaborating with infrastructure, application, QA, and security teams.

The Data Governance Lead will implement data governance policies, ensure data quality, promote stewardship practices, and manage data governance councils.

Design, implement, and monitor procurement compliance programs; perform internal audits and DCMA 640 reviews; manage vendor compliance; investigate violations and recommend corrective actions; provide training and support procurement audits and reporting.
