Job Responsibilities:• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.• 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or manufacturing, preferably in automotive or similar industries.• Experience leading APQP processes and supplier development activities.• Skilled in conducting supplier audits based on standards like CSR, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, CQI, or MAFACT.• Knowledge of PPAP, Run-at-Rate (R@R), and 8D problem-solving methods.• Ability to assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier performance.• Good understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement tools.• Comfortable using supplier quality software like QPF, or QLPS.• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.• Experience with tooling audits and supplier payment processes is a plus.• Quality certifications like CQE, Six Sigma, or auditor certifications are beneficial but not required.
