Akamai Technologies, Inc. is hiring for the following role in Cambridge, MA (multiple openings): Strategy & Operations Analyst II. Operationalizing aspects of product strategy through business analysis, data management, and process improvement. Evaluating business problems and analyzing data to inform strategy and drive product success. Understanding contributing factors and areas of opportunity to drive the business towards better and proactive decision-making. Optimize processes to support decision-making at scale. Collaborating with Platform leaders to develop and manage key performance indicators. Enabling data intelligence and processes to understand & optimize for efficiency and productivity. Working with Platform teams and stakeholders to develop and standardize insights for global metrics, progress, and risks, as well as drive improvements. Required Qualification:
Master’s degree or equivalent in Analytics, Data Analytics Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Information Systems, plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or closely related technical role. 
Must have experience in the following: KPI analysis; demand forecasting and forecast performance measurement; aggregate planning and capacity planning; generating data-driven reports and quantitative analysis; quantitative modeling; continuous improvement methodologies; process modeling and optimization; stakeholder management and facilitation of business review forums; and driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Compensation

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $112,861-$160,100 /year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
