Job Description

As the Partner business line scales, dedicated project leadership is required to drive execution, enablement, and operational support. This role ensures key initiatives, training, and go‑to‑market activities are executed effectively while reducing friction for sales teams and leaders.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and deliver a broad portfolio of Partner business line initiatives, ensuring priorities are executed on time
  • Drive Path‑to‑Plan outcomes through disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting, and prioritization to support high‑value pursuits
  • Support partner intelligence through surveys and feedback loops to inform pursuit strategy, positioning, and execution decisions
  • Partner with key stakeholders to enhance the Partner Experience across the lifecycle while strengthening channel consistency and performance
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to surface One U.S. Bank cross‑sell insights that inform pursuit targeting and GTM strategy across the business line
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional alignment across Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders to accelerate Advisory initiative delivery and clearly articulate business impact
  • Advance Salesforce and Copilot adoption through enablement that drives efficiency, consistency, and pursuit execution
  • Partner closely with Marketing to support campaign execution, lead‑generation tracking, and data tools (e.g., ZoomInfo)

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a sales, operations, or go‑to‑market environment
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to translate strategy into action
  • Experience delivering training, onboarding, or enablement programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced project management expertise preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
