Job Summary

Responsible for utilizing solid program management skills and knowledge to lead small to medium-sized programs. This role requires strong communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage individual workstreams and track features across a portfolio of initiatives. The Program Manager will work on a variety of strategic and operational projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Understand the scope of programs as defined by business requirements and the budget process.
  • Participate in key planning milestones and guide the core program team from initiation through execution and completion.
  • Manage and oversee individual workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
  • Identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional team members, including matrixed project managers.
  • Create and maintain program plans and records; identify and manage critical paths.
  • Track features and deliverables using tools such as JIRA.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise program documentation and executive-level decks.
  • Support portfolio management activities and help prioritize initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze risks and issues; support resolution and track completion.
  • Monitor program schedules and performance; adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
  • Communicate updates on major milestones and keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
  • Ensure quality of program deliverables and support deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate with change management and training teams to support adoption and transition efforts.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized programs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams independently.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management and tracking feature delivery.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado, and Illinois with a Pay Range of $80,370.46 - $126,296.44

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
