Job Summary
Responsible for utilizing solid program management skills and knowledge to lead small to medium-sized programs. This role requires strong communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage individual workstreams and track features across a portfolio of initiatives. Core Responsibilities
- Understand the scope of programs as defined by business requirements and the budget process.
- Participate in key planning milestones and guide the core program team from initiation through execution and completion.
- Manage and oversee individual workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
- Identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional team members, including matrixed project managers.
- Create and maintain program plans and records; identify and manage critical paths.
- Track features and deliverables using tools such as JIRA.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise program documentation and executive-level decks.
- Support portfolio management activities and help prioritize initiatives.
- Identify and analyze risks and issues; support resolution and track completion.
- Monitor program schedules and performance; adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Communicate updates on major milestones and keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
- Ensure quality of program deliverables and support deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with change management and training teams to support adoption and transition efforts.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized programs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams independently.
- Proficiency with JIRA and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with portfolio management and tracking feature delivery.

This job can be performed in Colorado, and Illinois with a Pay Range of $80,370.46 - $126,296.44Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
