Core Responsibilities
- Leads medium-to-large-scale programs with moderate complexity, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and enterprise transformation efforts.
- Actively seeks to understand the business landscape and dives deep into program areas to identify opportunities for innovation and AI-driven enhancements.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders, operations teams, development teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment between business needs, operational realities, and strategic priorities.
- Develops comprehensive program and project plans, defining scope, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and dependencies; tracks progress against goals and adjusts plans, as necessary.
- Balances stakeholder requests with business priorities, advocating on behalf of stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on strategic alignment and resource feasibility.
- Owns and manages program budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery while staying within defined financial boundaries.
- Anticipates, identifies, and mitigates risks and issues, escalating when appropriate and with a clear understanding of business impact.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion in managing programs, resolving issues, and making informed decisions that support broader enterprise objectives.
- Creates and maintains accurate program documentation, ensuring transparency and clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Provides timely updates on key milestones, achievements, and challenges; ensures leadership and partners are well-informed of program health and outcomes.
- Champions the integration of AI, automation, and innovative thinking into program delivery strategies.
- Ensures quality deliverables by fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and holding internal teams and vendors accountable to standards.
- Actively contributes to building a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-first delivery.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Ideal Capabilities and Attributes :
- Strong background in program and project management, with a proven track record of delivering results on-time and within budget.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and intellectually curious—eager to learn the business and contribute meaningfully beyond project execution.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence, advocate, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional dynamics, from operations to development teams to vendors.
- Able to assess when to take initiative and when to escalate issues for alignment with leadership.
- Prior experience working in or with enterprise operations, tech teams, or transformation programs is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity or interest in leveraging AI technologies and digital transformation as tools for program innovation and process improvement.

This job can be performed in Colorado, and Illinois with a Pay Range of $80,370.46 - $126,296.44Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
