Your role at Dynatrace

Design and deliver post-sales enablement events that break down silos, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and improve how Customer Success, Professional Services, and Technical Support work together to drive customer outcomes—while ensuring strong, consistent post-sales representation across major company events (e.g., SKO, customer conferences).

Own the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of internal enablement events that combine cross-functional collaboration, applied product usage, and real-world customer scenarios.

The role exists to:

  • Break down silos and build shared ownership across post-sales teams
  • Enable roles to deliver better customer outcomes through stronger product, process, and framework knowledge
  • Drive hands-on execution capability by embedding product usage in realistic scenarios
  • Improve alignment and execution across roles, workflows, and handoffs
  • Ensure consistent post-sales presence across internal and external events

Key Responsibilities

Own D1 Enablement Events (Outcomes to Execution)

  • Own end-to-end delivery of D1 enablement events (global and regional), accountable for outcomes not just logistics.
  • Define event objectives with D1 leadership and translate them into clear agendas and session designs.
  • Lead event logistics and in-person execution, partnering for vendor/procurement support.

Design Agendas that Drive Real Outcomes

  • Build event agendas that directly support D1 priorities
  • Structure sessions to achieve specific outcomes such as alignment, capability building, and cross-functional collaboration not content delivery alone.
  • Design interactive formats that enable participants to work together, solve problems, and understand how D1 functions connect.

Deliver & Facilitate High-Impact Sessions

  • Facilitate sessions, workshops, and group discussions, creating energy, engagement, and participation.
  • Act as the on-site lead during events, ensuring flow, timing, and overall experience deliver against objectives.

Align Content & Speakers Across D1

  • Work with stakeholders across D1 to source and shape content for events.
  • Ensure content is relevant, consistent, and aligned to D1 priorities and messaging including alignment with Sales narratives and enablement cycles.

Capture Outcomes & Improve Future Events

  • Capture insights, feedback, and outcomes from events to continuously improve format, content, and impact.

Travel:

This role requires regular travel to support both internal and customer-facing events, including on-site planning, delivery, and execution. Travel will vary depending on event cadence but will typically include participation in regional and global and regional events.

This is a remote eligible position. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA; Detroit, MI; and Denver, CO; will be required to work hybrid (2 days per week) out of our Dyntrace office. All candidates will be required to work EST hours.

Core Capabilities

  • Exceptional facilitator able to lead sessions, energize audiences, and create meaningful interaction.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage complex, global event coordination.
