The Strategic Alliances Manager is responsible for building and expanding Suite’s network of technology and infrastructure partnerships to accelerate growth, expand our ecosystem presence, and create differentiated value for customers.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic business development, partner operations, and joint go-to-market execution. You’ll work with leading global technology companies, cloud providers, and infrastructure innovators to design alliance strategies that amplify Suite’s market reach and deliver measurable outcomes for both organizations.

As a key member of the partnerships team, you’ll define how Suite engages with its most impactful alliances—developing shared business plans, aligning product and marketing initiatives, and driving scalable co-selling motions that fuel customer success.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Identify, prioritize, and establish strategic alliances with technology, infrastructure, and platform partners that complement Suite’s product ecosystem and growth strategy.

  • Lead joint business planning to define shared goals, investment priorities, and market development strategies that drive mutual revenue.

  • Develop and execute co-selling and co-marketing initiatives that increase awareness, generate pipeline, and expand customer adoption.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure joint solutions are well-integrated, clearly positioned, and effectively enabled across partner and internal teams.

  • Drive operational excellence in alliance management—owning the rhythm of business, quarterly business reviews, and partner performance tracking.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner executives and field teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and sustained engagement.

  • Partner with enablement and marketing to develop sales playbooks, case studies, and joint assets that support partner-driven revenue initiatives.

  • Serve as the internal advocate for key alliances—ensuring Suite’s roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market motions reflect the value of these partnerships.

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging ecosystem opportunities to identify potential new alliances and anticipate shifts in the technology landscape.

Who You Are
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, or enterprise business development, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure technology ecosystems.

  • Proven track record of building and growing partnerships with large enterprise technology providers, cloud platforms, or hardware/infrastructure companies.

  • Strong understanding of joint GTM development, co-selling, and partner operations across complex B2B or platform environments.

  • Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across organizations and senior stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset—able to connect partnership opportunities to revenue growth, product differentiation, and customer outcomes.

  • Skilled communicator who can articulate shared value propositions and align cross-functional teams around joint objectives.

  • Comfortable managing multiple partnerships simultaneously and driving structure in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

  • Analytical and outcome-oriented—leveraging data and insights to assess performance, identify opportunities, and guide strategic decision-making.

  • Passionate about building ecosystems and finding innovative ways to create value through collaboration and technology alignment.
