Regal Rexnord is seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager to lead growth initiatives across key OEM accounts. This role requires deep technical expertise in power transmission systems and a proven ability to drive strategic customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced technical knowledge of clutches, brakes, chains, and drive train systems to influence new design specifications and expand share on existing platforms.

  • Lead revenue and market share growth at assigned strategic accounts, serving as the primary sales contact and executing disciplined selling strategies (SAMP, AOP, Challenger Model).

  • Align sales approach with customer scorecards and strategic initiatives to maximize opportunity and deliver measurable value.

  • Collaborate across business units and field teams to communicate account strategy, identify product gaps, and champion new product development opportunities.

  • Facilitate executive-level discussions and guide stakeholder groups using a structured “Teach / Tailor / Take Control” methodology.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and global market conditions to inform proactive sales strategies and long-term planning.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering

  • Minimum of 7 years of commercial, technical sales, or marketing experience preferred.

  • Strong technical understanding of power transmission products and customer applications.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems and structured account planning tools.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

  • Our ideal candidate will reside in the East Coast or Central U.S., though other locations will be considered.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 + 30% SICP Bonus

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
