The Startup Program Lead will work on a variety of initiatives that share the common mission of recruiting and enabling high-potential startups to use Snowflake. The role will require a mix of program management, relationship building, entrepreneurial thinking, rapid prioritization, and knowledge of the venture capital and startup ecosystem. The startup program team is spread across the United States and EMEA. The person hired for this role will work closely with cross functional organizations including sales, partnerships, finance, marketing, product and finance to drive great outcomes for startups in the Snowflake ecosystem.
This role requires in-person attendance in either our Menlo Park (CA), Dublin (CA) or Denver (CO).
AS A STARTUP PROGRAM LEAD YOU WILL:

Manage existing and develop net-new programs that drive awareness and demand of Snowflake in the startup ecosystem

Coordinate cross-functionally within Snowflake to identify high-potential startups and ensure startups in our ecosystem are equipped to succeed

Manage and evolve the lead pipeline funnel from top VCs to Snowflake

Manage and track inbound requests and application to the Snowflake startup program

Coordinate and participate in virtual and in-person startup ecosystem events

Refine and maintain communications around the startup program to relevant internal teams

Drive engagement from Venture Capital firms, startup incubators and startup founders.

Be able to quantify the business impact of the various startup program initiatives internally to leadership and externally to partners
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelors degree
-
3+ years of sales, business development, strategic partnerships, sales leadership management, consulting or program/product management experience
-
Experience working at a startup, investment firm, or startup program-focused role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Comfortable delivering results amid ambiguity and change

Based in United States
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Operational savviness, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously while focused on execution and results

Experience working with technical teams to improve and build processes.

Demonstrated ability to work successfully cross-functionally and communicate effectively with senior leadership on program objectives, goals and metrics.

Demonstrate understanding and savviness of the startup space and common patterns of success for their portfolio companies
