The Boost Device Certification team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all devices operating on the Boost Mobile network meet stringent technical and regulatory standards, delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for our customers. This team acts as the central point of contact and expertise for Device Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) seeking Boost Mobile Technical Acceptance for their products. Our Mission/Objectives: To efficiently and effectively validate devices for compatibility and compliance with Boost Network requirements, facilitating the introduction of innovative and reliable devices across all Boost Mobile product categories. There are no other teams performing the same work.

- Spearhead the planning and execution of lead device and solution engineering projects to ensure successful delivery
- Efficiently manage project timelines, certification requests, and work requests
- Lead project and leadership team meetings, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders and collaboration across DISH teams
- Provide weekly updates to project plans and reporting dashboards in collaboration with Product and Project Managers
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering collaboration and excellence
- Manage certification device tracking, SIM card inventory, and asset management systems
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field of study 8+ years of experience in testing mobile devices and project management is preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Skilled in wireless device certification tools and processes
- Proficient in managing wireless industry projects and product lines, including 5G network product certification
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise
