About This Role
We're hiring two Staff PMMs to join a lean, high-impact marketing team — a rare opportunity to come in early and help define the function. These are roles for people who can set strategy and execute. You'll own product launches, shape how we tell our story in market, and work closely with sales to drive pipeline. You'll play a key role in defining how LiveKit shows up as the category leader in voice AI infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end product launches — from positioning and messaging to enablement and go-to-market execution
Support sales with the collateral, battle cards, competitive intelligence, and enablement materials they need to win deals
Develop and maintain customer stories and case studies that demonstrate real-world impact across our key verticals
Lead content strategy including SEO, AEO, and thought leadership to position LiveKit as the default platform for voice AI
Partner with design and web to translate messaging into high-converting landing pages, emails, and campaign assets
Work across PLG and sales-led motions — understanding where self-serve users are in the funnel and how to bridge the gap to sales-assisted expansion
Develop deep enterprise buyer insights to inform positioning, segmentation, and campaign strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and developer relations to ensure consistent, compelling messaging at every touchpoint
Build and scale core product marketing infrastructure including messaging frameworks, launch systems, and repeatable GTM processes
Who You Are
8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML
You've worked across both PLG and sales-led go-to-market motions and know how to navigate both
You've owned product launches end-to-end and have examples of how your work moved metrics — pipeline, adoption, win rate, or otherwise
You're a strong writer and storyteller who can translate deeply technical concepts for both developer and enterprise buyer audiences
You're comfortable being player-coach — you can set the content and messaging strategy and also execute it yourself when needed
You have a strong point of view on how product marketing fits into the AI era and how the function is evolving
Experience with partner-led or ecosystem GTM is a plus
Based in the US preferred; open to remote
