Staff IT Program Manager 

Why We Have This Role

As our business and technology ecosystems grow more interconnected, we need experienced leaders who can drive delivery and ensure business alignment. The Staff IT Program Manager plays a critical role at the intersection of IT and business strategy - leading complex, cross-functional programs, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions, and shaping delivery practices. Looking for a candidate with strong experience in quote-to-cash solutions. This role also serves as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping them define and realize value through technology investments. 

This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strategic thinking, domain expertise, and the ability to influence without authority. 

How You’ll Find Success:

  • Results-Orientated Delivery - Lead with precision across multiple programs that impact enterprise systems and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strategic Thinking - You bring structure and foresight to ambiguous, high-visibility efforts and align them with broader business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Adept in building and maintaining relationships with executives, team members and external partners.
  • Influence and Facilitation - You guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders through roadmap planning, investment decisions, and prioritization trade-offs.

How You’ll Grow:

  • Enterprise Exposure - Gain exposure to enterprise-level program governance and cross-org planning process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Build partnerships with IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and executive sponsors.
  • Value Advocacy - Strengthen your influence by contributing to business cases and benefit realization models.

Things You’ll Do:

  • Program Leadership - Lead the execution of multiple strategic, cross-functional IT programs within a business-aligned domain. 
  • Business Case Development -  Collaborate with business leaders and finance partners to define value, quantify impact, and support investment proposals.
  • Roadmap Alignment - Partner with IT, architecture, and business leaders to define objectives, outcomes, and delivery milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination - Drive alignment and collaboration across internal teams and external vendors, managing interdependencies and trade-offs.
  • Requirement Translation - Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and actionable.
  • Change Management Planning - Partner with change enablement and training teams to ensure the business is ready to adopt new processes and systems
  • Investment Prioritization - Guide prioritization conversations by balancing business value, capacity and strategic fit.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience managing technology programs, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, or platform delivery.
  • Experience leading quote-to-cash solutions with high strategic value. multiple interrelated programs or portfolios with high strategic value.
  • Proven ability to influence roadmaps and partner closely with senior leadership across finance, revenue operations, legal, etc.functional and technical leaders.
  • Deep expertise in program governance, cross-team collaboration, and value realization.
  • Strong experience translating business needs into technical solutions and delivery plans.
  • Proven success building business cases and partnering with stakeholders on value realization.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational change management or program adoption support.
  • Ability to take complex strategic problems and translate them into clear and manageable programs and deliverables
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment, dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to VP+ stakeholders.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with enterprise change enablement frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci)
  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification
  • Experience supporting business transformation programs or enterprise system rollouts
  • Post-merger integration program management

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
