Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with ~8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with ~6+ years, or PhD with ~4+ years in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Expert-level Python proficiency; strong command of NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and experience building production-quality automation frameworks
- Deep expertise in test architecture, automation strategy, and validation methodologies; proven track record of designing scalable test solutions
- Demonstrated experience applying ML models to real-world problems; ability to design, train, and deploy models for test optimization and failure analysis
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, influence without authority, and drive alignment across teams
- Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Experience with SSD firmware testing, NVMe protocol/specification, and storage architecture
- Proficiency with Linux/Windows system administration, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent; experience with MLOps practices
- Track record of implementing AI/ML solutions in production testing or validation environments
- Deep understanding of embedded systems, firmware architecture, and hardware-software interfaces
- Experience with storage industry standards (NVMe, PCIe, OCP) at specification level
- Familiarity with Rust/C for firmware code comprehension
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (logs, metrics, dashboards)
- Knowledge of NAND flash memory architecture and advanced debug/root cause analysis
- Contributions to open-source projects, patents, or published technical work
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or small teams
