We are looking for:

We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer/Deck Designer to join our team. The Senior Visual Designer / Deck Designer serves as a creative powerhouse within the in-house team, responsible for conceptualizing and executing world-class static, animated, video and deck (e.g., 16:9 for presentations, 9:16 for mobile/social, and custom wide-format display specs) assets across high-visibility platforms. We are looking for a graphic style rather than based on product/people images. Please have examples of the above (especially decks) in your portfolio.

By balancing strict adherence to brand guidelines with innovative creative direction, this role delivers industry-leading graphic content for everything from high-stakes marketing decks and visual reports to social media campaigns and long-form promotional case studies. A successful candidate will act as a vital collaborator, working closely with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to ensure that all visual outputs are high-quality, timely, and strategically aligned with overarching marketing and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • High-velocity production: Manage the end-to-end delivery of urgent creative requests, showcasing exceptional time management and the ability to troubleshoot challenges under the pressure of immediate deadlines, while upholding brand standards.

  • Creative Deck Design:

    • Data visualization: Translate complex data sets, statistics, and business metrics into clear, engaging, and digestible charts, graphs, and infographics that enhance the presentation narrative.

    • Advanced presentation typography & layout: Apply expert-level knowledge of visual weight, whitespace, contrast, and alignment to structure slides. Avoid dense walls of text by distilling complex information into scannable layouts that allow key marketing messages to stand out instantly.

    • Format adaptation & resizing: Expertly adapt creative decks into various technical specifications (e.g., 16:9 for presentations, 9:16 for mobile/social, and custom wide-format display specs). This requires a deep understanding of spatial composition to ensure that visual balance and legibility remain consistent regardless of the canvas size.

    • Template architecture & design systems: Build, maintain, and scale highly functional, flexible presentation templates as needed. Ensure these frameworks utilize smart layouts, consistent style sheets, and reusable components that empower the broader team to build brand-compliant decks efficiently.

  • Social-first creative execution: When required, design static and animated social assets following creative direction, platform specifications, and established workflows.

  • AI-enhanced workflow: Use Google’s generative AI creative tools (e.g., Veo, Nano Banana) in daily design, following established workflows and suggesting ways to accelerate production and explore new creative territories.

  • Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with senior designers, creative partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver brand-consistent visuals.

  • Stakeholder & feedback management: Manage delivery estimates, provide transparent status updates, and interpret and action on stakeholder feedback.

  • Agile prioritization: Manage a high-volume workload, balancing multiple priorities to meet rigorous deadlines.

  • Trend monitoring: Proactively research and synthesize industry trends and emerging social media behaviors to keep the in-house teams work ahead of the curve.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Visual Design and Social first content.

  • BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success managing high-priority projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-informed creative: Experience interpreting performance metrics (CTR, engagement) to optimize design decisions and drive audience action.

  • Social-first philosophy: A portfolio showcasing abilities relating to visual storytelling, platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, safe zones), and interactive media for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  • Creative excellence: Grasp of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, composition) and a keen eye for emerging trends to ensure brand-consistent, best in class content.

  • Strategic problem-solving: Ability to translate complex brand messages into compelling narratives and troubleshoot design challenges.

  • Expert toolset: Adept in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma, with a solid understanding of the full art production and graphic editing process.

  • AI-driven workflow: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to push the boundaries of creative production.

  • Attention to detail: Meticulousness to ensure all visuals are pixel-perfect, error-free, and consistent with brand guidelines across different devices and platforms.

  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly in response to platform updates, new features, and shifting priorities without losing momentum.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Social media design experience within a high-volume social agency, rapid-response brand team, or digital newsroom.

  • Motion & design: Skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and Photoshop for design; ability to provide creative direction for video templates.

  • Creator fluency: Experience working directly with creators/influencers or personal experience managing a social following to drive authentic engagement.

  • Marketing community experience: Familiarity with the B2B marketing and digital marketing landscape.
