Sr. Technical Project Manager

Convey is seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software initiatives for our valued clients. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, project leadership, and strategic execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

As a Senior Technical PM, you will:

• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and QA professionals across multiple concurrent projects

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Drive Agile delivery practices, monitor progress against key milestones, and manage risks and dependencies proactively

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable plans

• Provide clear communication to leadership, maintaining transparency on project health, priorities, and outcomes

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience managing software development projects in Agile environments

• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and technical project delivery best practices

• Proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively with globally distributed teams

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
