Designs scalable enterprise SaaS solutions, translates customer needs into technical requirements and implementation plans, develops architecture diagrams and Statements of Work, and advises customers throughout the sales-to-deployment lifecycle. Connects field insights with Product and Engineering roadmap decisions, improves solutioning processes, identifies implementation risks, mentors pre-sales and professional services teams, and strengthens reusable frameworks, integration patterns, and delivery practices.

Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate qualified meetings with utility decision-makers. Research accounts, tailor messaging, qualify prospects, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with Account Executives on pipeline creation. Participate in a six-month Emerging Talent development program and lead a project improving sales prospecting or customer acquisition processes.

Support utility client implementations and onboarding by preparing project materials, configuring and testing product programs, tracking tasks and risks, coordinating internal teams, and maintaining documentation. The role focuses on client communication, project follow-through, process improvement, and learning through a six-month early-career development program.

Drive new enterprise SaaS business within utilities and energy accounts: prospect, demo, negotiate and close deals, build C-level relationships, collaborate with product/tech, and manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce. Travel 35-50%.
