What We Need: 

The Senior Success Coordinator will report directly to the VP, Network. This role plays a crucial leadership position in strengthening and optimizing the relationship between Synapse Health and its network partners. This highly visible position focuses on the strategic management of the provider network, ensuring alignment with company objectives while maintaining exceptional operational efficiency. This role requires advanced problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to continually enhance the partner experience and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do: 

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for network suppliers, effectively managing inquiries, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Oversee and streamline the onboarding of new network partners, ensuring seamless integration into Synapse Health's systems and processes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to address operational challenges, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration with relevant internal teams.
  • Develop and implement best practices for network management, contributing to strategic direction and process optimization.
  • Facilitate high-level supplier meetings, including joint operating reviews, data analysis, and training sessions, focusing on improving network performance and adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhanced operational efficiencies, improved service delivery, and superior partner satisfaction.
  • Ensure all network activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance.
  • Track and report on network performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide senior-level support for business development efforts, including expansion into new markets and strengthening relationships with existing partners.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in network coordination, provider relations, or a similar role within the healthcare or DME industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
