About the Role:

As the Employee Experience Communications Manager, you will support internal, employee focused communications that connect, inform, and engage employees across CrowdStrike. From executive messaging and company-wide updates to engagement campaigns and internal content, you’ll help shape a cohesive, high-performance employee experience. This role reports into the Head of Internal Communications and plays a key part in executing strategic, high-impact communications across the global employee base.

The ideal candidate is a builder and natural problem-solver who drives outcomes, not just output. You’re a strong writer, editor, and cross-functional partner who can manage multiple content streams at once while staying focused on what matters most. You’ll be integral to shaping digital communications strategies across multiple channels and developing creative content that tells meaningful stories. You’ll also contribute to the development and execution of internal communications plans, manage content pipelines and calendars, support employee engagement initiatives, and bring structure and clarity to communications across the business.

CrowdStrike views internal communications as a critical function for business alignment and employee connection. You’ll be part of a communications team committed to building a modern employee communications engine—one that prioritizes clarity, scalability, and strategic storytelling at every level of the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, own, and execute internal communications strategies that support company priorities, employee engagement programs, and organizational change initiatives.

  • Contribute to creative storytelling and digital video and media projects that enhance how we share information with employees—including video scripts, creative assets, and video production.

  • Partner across the business to draft and edit high-quality, easy-to-understand and action-oriented content for a variety of formats like email, Slack, company-wide programming, Town Hall talk tracks, presentation decks, and video messaging.

  • Own and manage the internal editorial calendar, ensuring communications are timely, consistent, and aligned to broader narratives and strategic themes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Corporate Services teams like HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and more to deliver coordinated and effective internal messaging.

  • Partner with senior leaders and the executive communications team to develop messaging, align timing, and support internal visibility around key initiatives.

  • Support the planning and execution of internal events and campaigns, including company-wide Town Halls, Quarterly All Hands, and employee activations.

  • Support and develop global storytelling initiatives aligned to strategic initiatives and priorities.

  • Own the internal communications measurement program, developing and maintaining dashboards, tracking performance across channels, and using data to inform improvements.

  • Own building and maintaining scalable communications toolkits, templates, and intake processes to support clarity and consistency across internal efforts.

What You’ll Need:

  • A proactive, collaborative, and never-quit approach to problem-solving and delivering high-impact communications.

  • A proven ability to simplify complex ideas and business updates into clear, concise internal messaging that drives understanding and engagement.

  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with experience creating content across various formats including email, presentation, scripts, and video.

  • Demonstrated success in managing several multi-channel internal campaigns and working cross-functionally to deliver results.

  • Experience working directly with senior leaders and stakeholders on communications planning and message development.

  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.

Additional Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

  • Experience executing communications strategies in a complex, global communication environment.

  • Comfort operating autonomously and successfully navigating ambiguity while delivering high-quality work at scale.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining clarity and consistency across projects.

  • Familiarity with internal communications measurement tools, reporting strategies, and data-driven storytelling.

Examples of Work You Might Own:

  • Produce and manage the internal communications campaigns for policy or process changes, company-wide announcements, etc.

  • Lead editorial and logistics for a company-wide Town Hall or Quarterly All Hands.

  • Launch a toolkit or set of templates for stakeholders to use in their own employee communications.

  • Create message frameworks and narrative playbooks to support change communications or leadership alignment.

  • Collaborate with the internal brand and content operations lead to manage intake, editorial consistency, and campaign execution.
