Job Description

  • Have working knowledge and/or experience in implementation or execution of a strategic plan related to client’s overall real estate strategy
  • Utilize knowledge and/or experience in implementation or execution of a strategic plan related to client’s overall real estate strategy
  • Show strong verbal presentation skills and ability to communicate to executive level
  • Process work quickly, accurately, and with changing priorities
  • Have a basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and Financial concepts
  • Be a strong team player who is adaptable and capable of driving change/change management within spatial data management
  • Demonstrate advanced relationship building skills
  • Manage and coordinate physical changes to Archibus
  • Support portfolio space inventory
  • Populate databases, maintain/update space boundary and record drawings, ensure space and data standards are maintained, generate ad-hoc reports, evaluate space assignments, and identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency
  • Act as subject matter expert, providing options on how to best facilitate client requests through Archibus
  • Act as single POC for Archibus, polyline drawing files, and management and application support
  • Participate in client and internal project review meetings
  • Maintain a Go-Live/Upload schedule that will be issued in conjunction with the CAFM Update Report, cadence to be determined
  • Maintain As-Built Drawing Library for client portfolio
  • Coordinate CAD/CAFM planning, work order, and design and construction updates. Contribute subject matter expertise in the areas of spatial data management, CAD/CAFM administration, space and occupancy data analytics, and space utilization measurement
  • Ensure compliance of client space data standards and establish a consistent data governance model 
  • Provide vital linkage between space management platform and industry best practices; introduce innovation to the account team/client
  • Demonstrate expertise in CAD/CAFM and the methodologies and calculations used to generate and analyze allocation deliverables
  • Provide support as necessary to peer teams as it relates to space, occupancy, and/or utilization data
  • Contribute to data governance process - control of input sources and data consistency
  • Contribute to data confidence - control of data measurement standards and KPIs

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $93,500.00 - $110,000.00
