The Senior Product Marketing Manager owns market definition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the CIMA platform and related digital products (e.g., CIMA ExamReady, CIMA Collabs) across our Milady business. This role translates market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive context into clear product direction, differentiated positioning, and cohesive messaging.
This role partners closely across functions to influence product roadmap, define packaging, pricing and release strategy, and ensure product and GTM readiness across the product lifecycle.
What you’ll do here:
Own market definition, positioning, core messaging
Define target segments, personas, and competitive positioning, and translate them into clear, differentiated messaging and narratives for the CIMA platform and related products.
Define go-to-market strategy
Define value propositions, adoption approach, and provide clear GTM direction for Marketing and Sales teams to execute.
Drive product direction through market insight
Lead synthesis of market dynamics, voice of customer, and competitive intelligence to influence product roadmap, prioritization, and solution design in partnership with Product.
Define packaging strategy across the platform
Define product packaging, bundling, value progression, and release approach across CIMA, ExamReady, Collabs, and related offerings.
Ensure GTM readiness across the product lifecycle
Independently define GTM readiness requirements and messaging frameworks for product releases, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams with minimal direction.
Develop enablement inputs for GTM teams
Act as a subject matter expert on positioning and go-to-market strategy, influencing cross-functional decisions and providing guidance to marketing, sales, and product teams.
Monitor in-market performance and inform iteration
Partner with Product and GTM teams to apply insights and improve product-market fit and performance.
Skills you will need here:
Strong foundation in product marketing, including market definition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Ability to translate market, customer, and competitive insights into clear product direction and messaging
Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners, including Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Portfolio stakeholders
Experience supporting product roadmap discussions and influencing prioritization through market insight
Ability to simplify complex products into clear, compelling narratives
Strong analytical skills tied to business outcomes such as adoption, usage, and pipeline performance
Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous, evolving product environments
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience
Requires 4–6 years of experience in product marketing

Pipeline contribution by product
Product feature adoption and overall usage
Win rates and velocity of pipeline conversion
Product-market fit signals based on customer and field feedback

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
