A key strategic focus area is driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE), and Standard Operating Mechanisms.Join our IBP Center of Excellence team as the Sr. Product Manager-Integrated Business Planning (IBP). You will lead the improvement of the Portfolio Management Review step in the IBP process and initiate and execute process improvements to achieve a world-class IBP implementation across Medtronic.

As the Sr. Product Manager—IBP COE, you will be responsible for executing and ensuring the effectiveness of the IBP planning process for the IBP Portfolio Management Review step, as well as driving Portfolio Optimization across Medtronic globally. This critical strategic role will have high visibility as part of the overall IBP evolution.
As the Sr. Product Manager-IBP COE, you will:
Lead design, requirements, adoption, and standardization of the Portfolio Management Review (PMR) step in IBP.
Lead the enterprise's design, development, and implementation of Portfolio Management and Portfolio Lifecycle Management best practices
Expand Portfolio Management Review agenda to align with NPI and competitive market intelligence.
Drive the alignment and agreement with COE IBP step owners for Portfolio Management, Demand, Finance, and Supply Reviews.
Leveraging data, drive challenging conversations relative to portfolio management to optimize the portfolio.
Act as the key liaison between IBP Plan COE, IBP leads, and Commercial partners as part of the design and implementation program.
Manage, maintain, and enhance relationships between PMR facilitators and PMR participants
Partner closely with the Analytics & Insights teams to design analytics leveraging Power BI
Train internal PMR stakeholders on the adoption and usage of analytics.
Perform VOC with key commercial stakeholders across Medtronic.
Manage short-term projects or detailed analyses (including coordinating cross-functional teams) supporting the IBP process.
Lead or participate in process improvement projects to drive IBP performance and maturity.
Extract insights to drive PLM discussions from large datasets using Excel or Power BI.
Must-Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant Commercial, Portfolio Management, or Product Lifecycle experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Commercial, Portfolio Management, or Product Lifecycle experience
.Strong understanding of integrated business planning principles and best practices.
Nice to Have
Experience developing and implementing change initiatives requiring collaboration and influence management skills
Prior experience utilizing IBP or S&OP processes in a regulated environment
Prior experience managing Product Lifecycle Management decisions and analytics
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports, peers, and other functional teams.
Proven ability to partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations leaders.
Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and meetings.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Proven ability to perform data analysis leveraging Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics platforms.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage partners and peers.
Ability to understand key business concepts and communicate with business stakeholders
Work experience in a large, matrixed organization structure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and to manage multiple priorities with competing demands
