The Crown Is Yours
As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will collaborate with teams across the organization to understand our business. In this role, you will analyze financial results, monitor market trends, and field questions from investors across Wall Street. You'll work closely with teams across Finance, Analytics, Legal, and Communications, ensuring succinct messaging to investors, with the potential to significantly impact our public communications.
What you'll do as an Investor Relations Analyst
  • Lead competitive research and analysis, including valuation comparisons, state market share assessments, and other strategic insights to clarify our market position and valuation.
  • Oversee analysis of our sell-side analyst models and compare those forecasts to our forecasts to derive insights from variance analysis to understand investor expectations.
  • Lead the analysis of our shareholder base and contribute to the identification of prospective shareholders.
  • Prepare earnings and Investor Day materials, and manage the Investor Relations section of our website.
  • Support your team in maintaining timely and consistent communication with current and prospective investors through company-sponsored events, investor and analyst meetings, roadshows, and sell-side investor conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on economic, political, regulatory, industry, and stock market trends, and conduct competitive research to assess our performance and valuation.
  • Perform other ad hoc analysis as required.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or another relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, finance, business development, or planning and analysis for a public company or investment firm.
  • A data-driven, strategic mindset with strong attention to detail, with a deep understanding of financial and investment analyses, modeling techniques, and markets dynamics.
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable presenting complicated data views to cross-functional audiences and senior leadership.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to influence all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 74,600.00 USD - 93,200.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
