Sr. Product Designer (UI/UX) - Docket
Role Overview
ServiceCore is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Designer (UI/UX). This person will be a key contributor to research and product design for ServiceCore's web and mobile interfaces.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product, help establish good product design practices at ServiceCore, and lead the way in how our team leverages AI to work smarter and move faster.
We're taking an AI-first approach to how product, design, and engineering collaborate. This design role is central to that. We expect our Senior Product Designer to be actively using AI tools in their daily workflow, staying current with new releases and best practices, and setting the standard for how the design team integrates these tools into real work. This isn't about experimenting in the margins, it's about demonstrating what's possible and bringing the team along with you.
In this role you can contribute, hybrid or locally, to our team located in Denver, CO. If you have a proven track record of success working in SaaS (especially business-to-business, B2B), understand inclusive design, are detail-oriented and organized, and have experience delivering across multiple agile teams — we would love to hear from you!
Here at ServiceCore, we focus on improving the efficiency and revenues of our B2B customers. We are the power behind integrated workflows supporting over $2 billion in revenue. Our mission is to transform the portable sanitation industry by improving our customers' business operations and efficiency.

Every day, our team solves difficult problems by utilizing creativity, innovation, and solid technical expertise. We value hard work, individual contributions, and can offer you the advantages of working with a hyper-growth company — including an agile environment, the ability to influence product decisions, and open access to company leaders. You will also enjoy stability and a healthy work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities:
As the member of the team responsible for User Experience (UX) and designing the User Interface (UI), your responsibilities and regular activities will include:
- Lead customer, product, and market research activities, including user interviews and usability testing — using AI tools to accelerate synthesis, pattern recognition, and documentation
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build quality products and experiences in a fast-moving, AI-first environment
- Identify and anticipate customer needs and solutions
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decision-making
- Apply a user-centered design process to everything you do, creating end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs — leveraging AI to move from concept to prototype faster
- Build user experiences that are effortless to use and compelling enough to drive ongoing adoption
- Use AI tools to contribute to and maintain design system components, keeping our system scalable and well-documented
- Model best practices for AI-assisted design work — sharing what you're learning, championing new tools as they emerge, and helping the broader team level up
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You…
- Are a strong generalist Product Designer who can deliver both high-quality interaction design and visual design, crafting delightful and usable experiences
- Are actively using AI in your workflow today — for research synthesis, writing documentation, generating design system components, rapid prototyping, and more
- Stay genuinely curious about what's new in AI tools and bring that knowledge back to the team; you don't wait to be told about a better way to work
- Are a strategic thinker who creates visual artifacts that help shape the product roadmap through efficient, user-centered experiences
- Communicate effectively when articulating your design vision, strategy, decisions, and solutions
- Can create detailed workflows for happy-path scenarios and design equally thoughtful experiences for edge cases and deviations

- Demonstrated use of AI tools in your design process and show how you are using it to influence your decision making
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally to design, build, and ship products
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of our customers' business needs, how their business runs, and how to creatively build effective visual and interaction designs
