The Senior Product Designer is responsible for leading user experience research and design for web and mobile interfaces at ServiceCore, leveraging AI tools for efficiency and collaboration in an agile environment.

Build and operationalize AI-powered go-to-market systems and integrations to accelerate sales and demand-gen. Design LLM-driven agents, reusable workflows, and data pipelines across Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay, HubSpot, and related tools. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX to prioritize, document, and drive adoption while maintaining clean data, trusted reporting, and repeatable processes.

Lead architecture and implementation of the React Native mobile app, set testing strategy, reduce technical debt, mentor junior engineers, partner with Product/Design, and drive AI-assisted development to improve field-worker UX and reliability.

Lead a small cross-functional engineering pod to design and implement end-to-end features, define testing strategy, reduce technical debt, mentor junior engineers, participate in customer discovery, and drive AI-assisted development practices to improve team throughput and quality.
